How to Return for Free

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible countries) and return instructions.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
